What We Do
Guests
Our messengers interact with guests from 7am-10pm. From the inquiries to reviews, our messengers will care for guests. Our messengers are in continual contact with our cleaning/maintenance teams so we can seamlessly handle emergencies

Our team manages the aesthetics of the listing, updates the details routinely, alters pricing weekly, and

Turnovers
Our cleaners use a meticulous checklist with weekly projects to stage the house for guests. We do believe in regular inspections by house managers to assure a wonderful arrival.

Maintenance
We have several maintenance packages to choose from so your investment is cared for, guests are happy, and larger issues are prevented.


How We Charge
Cleaning Fee
We price the cleaning fee that the guest pays (we don't like it too high!) and we use that for cleaners, laundry, consumables, and platforms).

Onboarding Process
Initial Call
-We will chat and you can ask all of your questions.

House Visit
-A team member comes to the house to gather more information. A check list is created for owner and PB.

Gather House Info & Sign Contract
-We send a survey to gather info to set up listing and create guest information.
Pre-Clean & House Manager Visit
-Our house managers come with cleaners for a final punch list and have house ready for guests.

Our job is to take care of the house and guest so that owners have passive income. We are strategic to maximize income. We clean the day the
